I'm about to head out on my bike on this beautiful day ahead of me...
and this is what it's all about...distraction.
Our broken, substance abusing monkey brains (some wired better than others) need to stay busy with productive tasks, hobbies...whatever it is that will distract ourselves from destructive behavior.
This is a daily challenge for all of us and I want us all to win and win big.
Peace and be strong you sexy animals.

Hey, thanks for the inspiration, GMan! I just finished a 20 mile ride, and feel great! Sad to say, no mountains to gaze down from here in WI!

Different time zone for me, so I am off to bed. But that is after a long weekend of horseriding and fresh air. All good in the hood!
