Day 9
 

So, it's day 9. Woke up this morning feeling like I should have stayed in bed a bit longer. But it was already after 9 and I work today Dino needed to get up may eat something. So like I said, off to work this afternoon. Hope it will be busy and go by fast. It should since its Saturday. Well I'll check in later.

Well, work went by super fast today! I love it when it's busy. I didn't even feel the want or need or craving for a drink. I left work and felt very happy with everything. I didn't even feel like getting a drink. All I wanted to was dance. So I cranked up the volume and jammed out to the new Phoenix album in my way home. It was just what I needed. Tomorrow I will go for a bike ride tommrow and enjoy the emerging spring and warm air! Love it!!

I cranked up the music at 7am last week on way to work,car was shaking and def got some very odd looks!.. Life is great sober!!!!

I put some judas priest on , take the roof down and put the old V8 in a low gear so it makes a deep burbbly sound , these sunny mornings in the uk have been great .
