How do i keep sober

seek support from friends and family, medical help if detox is too much to handle, and research research research! I'm in the early stages and I can say that doing healthy active things with non-drinking friends does wonders to keep your mind off of it.

I don't think that's an easy thing to answer. People have found success with different ways. First one has to decide they want to get and remain sober. From there, IMHO, a support system of some sort can help.
