I know. It sucks. Are you looking into professional help? I'd like to say it goes away...but it may not without some intervention.

[QUOTE="jstanthrgrl31;3936730"]I've been seeing professional help for years for awhile the chest pain didnt happen but now I'm starting sobriety all per again and so much had happened over the last couple months it's really getting to me and I have nothing to help me I didn't need it ... It was so good to not need Xanax for my anxiety

Have you seen a Dr jstanthrgrl31?

I always think chest pain needs to be looked into, just to be safe?

I agree with Dee. Chest pain should not be ignored. Sounds like you're going through a lot, plus early in sobriety, so its a lot to take on.

Hanging around here is a good way to maybe take your mind of things for a while too... read around, maybe post to some others, hit the chat room...

Good deal. Welcome. Like Dee wrote...read around. They're great people here. Jump in chat if you want too, if you haven't. May take your mind off things.
