24 hours
 

I finally did it, 24 hours without a drink.. Officially on day 2! Feel like crap, shaky, headache, tired, etc.. But at the same time feel pretty good, I now have hope that I can beat this..I hope this feeling lasts... Thanks again everyone that helped me today.. I know I'm and not out of the water... But again believing I can be sober and happy again..

Didn't sleep much drinking, I know I am only on day 2.. How long does the insomnia last, I am exhausted from the alcohol I drank over the years and lack of sleep..
