Day 7!
 

Wow! I made is 7 days, a while week! I'm feeling much better, the cravings are not as strong as they have been, but are by no means gone yet. I'm just happy I was able to make it a whole week. I work those morning, so I'm not out of the woods yet though. I still have my drive home, but I know I can do it. I won't stop at the bar of the store for anything. There is still nothing in my house, which makes it a lot eaiser. I do have a bit of a head ach, but it's cloudy here so I think that has more to do with it. Well I'll check in later.

keep going. its gets easier and soooo much better.
