Day 6
 

Well it's day 6. Almost a week. Yesterday I treated myself to some Ben a Jerry's ice cream as my reward for day 5. I think I'm going to spend some time in the yeard today and me go for a run or even get my bike out. I can't believe how much better I'm feeling, and how less depressed I am. I have more energy than I have had in a long time, and I actually feeling like going out in public and doing stuff. I will check in later.

Good for you. On day 7 myself and I couldn't agree more about how less depressed I am. Getting lots done too. Keep up the good work!!
