didnt want to join. i have to stop this daily buzz thing. i've lost all my motivation. i'm tired a lot. i have a bad conscience. i want my life back. i talk in short sentences.
i'm either going to enter the darkness- or leave it. i cant believe i allowed this to happen.

Welcome. You can get off the elevator at any floor and don't have to hit a bottom. I found honesty with myself and wanting to be sober a large requirement. There are a lot of tools here and at AA. BE WELL

quit 2x. once for 3 months 9 years ago. (wasnt as bad then, just didnt like drinking everyday)
the back in feb. 2013 for just a month.
