Hi SR folk , Day 11 crack free and checkin in. I couldn't see myself here. Experiencing s lot of anxiety. I needed to do this. I had reached bottom and didn't like what was there. I reached out and you all were there with open arms. Thank you. God Bless

Yes... there are a lot of people here who want nothing more than to see you continue to gain strength in staying clean.
AV will start to throw fits at you. He will try more and you will have the collective... all of us on SR and you... to tell him no.
Remember to take on little things at a time. No big decsions. No big overwhelming thoughts of whats next.
Just stay focused on treating yourself good. Say no to AV every minute.
