Acronyms
For many years, even while drinking 'moderately' relative to the really bad old days, I got to creating assertive acronyms which I believe helped me to some degree.
SPING..........self pity is not good.
BIC..........blame is counterproductive.
ODAAT...........one day at a time
I have well over 200 and you can create your own in respect to whatever.
