Hi, it's day one again
 

I read you guys every day when I was sober for a few months. I've been relapsed for a couple of weeks and am ready for today to be my day one again. I appreciate all of the great writing and openness on here.

I imagine a few of us have a had a few day ones. I think I probably had 365 of them one year.

How many times did we all wake up and say never again !

I've tried multiple times to quit as well. Today is day 1 for me again.. I will pray for you.

I'm right there with you and Dain...day 1 again. My thoughts are with you both.

I lurked here forever. I still do lol.

I remember reading this forum drunk. That was not fun.

I had tons of day ones. Of course nobody knew I dreamt of quitting but me.

Now I realize I was toying with the idea till I got up the courage to really quit for good.

It took a few attempts but I feel solidly into recovery this time.

It is not always easy but it is definitely worth it.

Just keep on this site and develop a sobriety tool kit.

Oh and keep on those dishes and laundry ;)
