How glad I am that the wine demons were beaten back last night :-)

Was a bit hellish yesterday but sooo glad I didn't give in - the sun is out,sky is blue and I've no headache and don't feel like poo! - kinda rhymes !

If your having the urge then kick it into touch - wake up feeling great rather than grey :-)

Very well done on beating back the wine demons! It certainly is great waking up without a hangover/withdrawal symptoms and being able to get out of bed feeling good.
