Sober & confused
Thanks for replying. I noticed the replies to the original one I landed on were from years ago. The longer I stay sober/clean, the more onion gets peeled back. Am just trying to jump start my Program by going back to basics. My foundation was strong, but this past week has been horrendous. Am just trying to get out of my own way today.

Hi and welcome BigRed. This site is really active - when I'm trying to "get out of my own head", I go to the top and click on "New Posts" and just read. It's a potpourri of situations. Sometimes I comment if I have something worth sharing - in fact that's how I found your post! When I start new threads I usually do so in the "alcoholism" forum because that suits me best right now. Either way, there are lots of options and good communication outlets here and you shouldn't worry about it being a dead site. There is far more chatter here than on other recovery boards that I know of.
