Congratulations and welcome to a new way of living. The concept is not picking up the first drink, no matter what. It does get easier by following suggestions posted here and in person at AA meetings. BE WELL

Welcome legend! (Nice avatar )
I felt so much better when I joined here - up until then I was all alone trying to deal with my emotions, & it wasn't working. We all understand how you're feeling. Congratulations on your 14 days clean - that is great!

i might consider going back to outpatient counseling too, i have been in and out of that for years. i dont want to sit and isolate myself everyday, i am going to consult with my mental health therapist to see what her thoughts are on it. but thanks for the warm welcome and kind words. =)
