Yes, soup, water, lemon juice, vits c e, a couple of asprin, bed, radio, audio book, shakes, shivers, sweats, hot flushes, not too bad.
I went 5 weeks, then 5 day bender. I have to learn that the hot plate will burn, it always has, always will. I MUST not touch it. Simple.

Doing really good, day 6 / 7
Headaches gone, almost. Night sweats minimal. Starting to smile!
Well done on two months too!
Have noticed many changes?
