I am on day 10 and am starting to sleep much better. I still find it hard to get to sleep but once gone off i am getting good quality sleep. It improved for me after day 7. Prior to that i was pulling what little i have left of my hair out. Glad your feeling good :)

Thanks pedro, glad to here it only took you 7 day, mabe now is a turning point in my sleep with abit luck, how's your cravings at day ten

I also started sleeping much better within a week of sobriety. I used to lay awake most nights that I wasn't drinking. Now I am almost always asleep within 30 minutes of going to bed and sleeping all through instead of tossing and turning and awakening at least every other hour.

Congrats on day 11.

Stay Strong

Ken

I would like to say the cravings are subsiding but i think that may take a little more time after 30 years of drinking. I am feeling a lot better in myself and the improvements are encouraging me on wards so i guess that helps counteract the cravings. Sleep is definitely better and i try to draw off all the positives which i am finding far outway the cravings etc. Good luck and keep posting :)
