Well, where to begin..

I quit oxycontin at exactly 9:45 this morning after taking my last dose. I've tried to quit before, but now I am left with one option. Quit now, or loose everything you've ever cared about or loved. So, there it is. I want this more than anything, but that pretty much goes for just about everyone here.

I want to say hello to you all, and hopefully I will be able to kick this horrible, evil drug.

my husband left for rehab this morning for the same love affair with this too...and Xanax too.
it is evil. he has left behind a brokenhearted wife and baby girl in more ways than I can type here.
I wish you the best - for you and everyone who is pulling for you so hard.

Ironically, that's what i'm fighting for right now. I have one last chance. My wife left brokenhearted for two weeks and if she comes back and I'm clean, she will stay. If I picked the path of oxy, then we must part ways.

I feel for her. I love him the best way I know how and its still so hard for a non-addict to wrap our brains around why it isn't as easy as loving us back.
I'm sorry, I hope you can turn it around and I hope you can learn to have a happy, fulfilling life with her!
