day 2
Romeolovesme - you are going through withdrawal and it is a good idea to see your doctor or visit an emergency room if the symptoms get worse. Try eating light meals (broth is good along with toast or crackers) and drink some Gatarade for hydration and replacement of electrolytes lost during the sweats. Do you have someone staying with you that can monitor your condition? If so, make sure they are aware of the fact that you are experiencing withdrawals and are prepared to call 911 for assistance should your condition deteriorate. I am not trying to frighten you, I just want you to be aware of the fact that withdrawal can be dangerous and the ER staff is well trained to assist you.

I was sober when I was 29 - 32 and it's been hard to go back..I was really involved in the AA world here so it helped to stay sober.. aww...thanks for checking in with me....i will check my emails here and there....
