Not sleeping
No sleep does suck. I had that trouble for awhile in the beginning. I kind of wore it like a badge of courage! Yep, dead tired but I am sober. Kind of like feeling the pain when you work out but it is all worth it. I am so happy for you with 10 days. Such a tough time but your spirits sound good. I did try a supplement called melatonin (or something like that). It works. Now I love crawling into bed nice and sober knowing that tomorrow will be a good day.

Thanks for posting.
No caffeine after 4pm.
Light exercise during the day.
Plenty fruits, veggies, fiber.
If ruminating about some thing you can't do anything about at night,
write it down to be taken care of the next morning.
Soft music going to sleep, no lyrics, classical? New age?
Remind yourself your body and mind are still adjusting and will settle down within the month.
