My heck.... I am glad they make you deal with the insurance companies and all this paperwork up front because if you did it afterword it would surely drive you to drinking!

Now that its real, having so many second thoughts that maybe I have overblown this and I am not really in the need of all this.

Mind is just racing, and scared, and...

Those feelings are very natural. It's normal to be scared.
The fact is people don't come here or look into rehab for no reason Maxamuus.

Follow this through - I think you'll be glad you did

Deep down I know it, just part of me is now thinking I am over blowing this and I don't need this.

I am packing for the morning, but until today I never had all these doubts but I guess that is because its all real and tomorrow it all starts.

The rehab I went to detoxed you right there, in their hospital setting. Then after four or five days you started in with all their classes and assignments. i actually had to do homework! It was very much based on the AA model tho, with overmuch emphasis on meetings.

After rehab I followed up with a local addiction counselor, she's been a great help.

The Rehab I am going to doesn't have a hospital staff on site, so I have to go to the local University hospital first and then the rehab will come and get me once that is done.

Last few days I have been anxious to get on with it, now tonight I am just thinking I am over doing it and I am not that bad etc.
