Hi and welcome. this site is a good one to get an idea of people who have/are going through what you are. Some advice from a hard liner, remember how you feel now, you never need to feel this way again IF you don't pick up that first drink. Many years ago I went to AA and it works for so many if we want it too. It's a simple concept tho not easy for most of us, "ya gutta wanna." for yourself. It's a way of life that's rejected by some with an "ah but" response. KEEP COMING, IT WORKS! BE WELL.
