Unhappy Newbie. Day 16
Hi all, hope you are well. Stressed today. No wine (my liquor of choice) or cigarettes in 16 days. For me they go hand in hand.

Congrats on not only your sober time, but giving up both wine AND cigs all at once!!!! I had to wait a month for the cigs you are a strong person and deserve a trophy for that! Keep up the awesomeness!!!

Be careful with that one too! I learned that retail therapy can become a substitute as well! I went on this organic clothing binge... I had to have those tights. , well now I need shoes and a shirt... Well now I'm broke Have fun, but be aware!
