Does anybody suffer from red rash like spots on their neck and chest? I am just wondering if this alcohell related? I am seeing my doctor in two weeks to ask, but I was just wondering if any of you have suffered from this.....

My friend used to get a red rash on her neck & face when she drank red wine- used to appear about 15 mins after drinking. Hers was alcohol related, but you should check with your GP.

I used to get red splotches all over my face, but you are wise checking with the good ol' DR is the right way to go.

best check with DR or GNP sooner than later. I haven't heard of that as alcohol related. Some capillaries can break on and around the nose though.

I have a red rash on my chest that goes away when I stop drinking for extended periods of time. I could never figure out what it was, and my Doctor never seemed concerned, always said it was some kind of dermititus (or something like that). But I was never honest with him about how much/often I drank

It can be a symptom of alcohol allergy. If so it's recommended to not drink. Which is a good idea anyway if you have a problem with alcohol. I also think it's a good idea to have a checkup.
