Needing 
Here are (6) questions to ask oneself when dealing with "Life" situations:
1.) Is it within my control?
2.) Is it really important?
3.) How soon do I need to deal with it?
4.) Do I need more information?
5.) What are the alternatives?
6.) What do I expect to accomplish?

Deep breathing Goose1, if the answer is yes to questions 1 & 2, then the obvious answer to question 3 is definitely not tonight. Seek further information tomorrow, explore alternatives and then make your decision as to course of action. Whatever the situation is, steps 3 - 6 will be easier to handle after a good night's sleep.
