I was wondering the same thing, but then saw a post where someone said "Alcoholic Voice" so believe that is what it stands for. Basically, it is that nagging little demon that sits in our head and gives us the cravings to drink. When we try to fight it the little s$@! Throw a temper tantrum until we give in, or beat it over the head
