Hello to all.

My name is Greg and I am an alcoholic. I just kind of stumbled across this site and I am very glad I did. I have been sober for over a year. Before that, I had 7 years, and a brief relapse with my year now. Glad to be here and I am going to read up.

For a while I was working a pretty good program. But you know you hear it at meetings all the time. I got complacent, quit going to meetings, calling my sponsor, and before I knew it I was drunk. That simple.

Welcome Greg. This is a really good place to be when you need support. Stumbled onto this site just a few days ago in fact and I am on here several times a day either checking in, posting how I am doing, progression, or depression. No judgement. Just understanding. Congrats and the 1 year.
