Sober Eyes
 

I'm starting to see things that I never saw before not the least of which is ugly women aren't magically transformed into Scarlett Johanson at 2:30 in the morning anymore. I can also watch a late night movie without covering one eye. What else? OH and there is this thing called a sunrise that apparently only happens if you roll out of bed before 2pm. All kinds of crazy sober sights to be seen. If loving the sober life is wrong I don't wanna be right! Oh and I'm no Brad Pitt myself so don't go hating on me for the Scarlett post ladies. Thems juss jokes!

I always was still up drinking when that ugly sun would rise.. I hated it..

Today, I enjoy it if I am up.. But yes the fog lifts and the world becomes real..

Yes I've discovered this thing called "breakfast" that is widely practiced... a wonderful tradition that I've embraced wholeheartedly...

Also, turns out pancakes don't make you sleepy after brunch, three bloody marys do! Who knew!

Living sober rocks! :)

I'd completely forgotten what it's like to go out of the house before 9am and get that 'crisp morning' feeling. I honestly don't think I've done that regularly since I was at school.

One of the sounds I learned to appreciate when I got sober was the birds! I actually love hearing those little critters now. Before it was the "oh, oh....I've been up too long!"
