Welcome.
It's a tremendous struggle if you do it all on your own. Even the support of friends and family somehow do very little to help us. Professional help can help to a small extent, but unless the professional is alcoholic it only goes so far.
Our malady goes deep, and is very cunning, baffling and exceptionally powerful at times. We really do need to be around/talk/post with other people who have the same issues. We are all different people who have a common thread running through all of us.
I would hearty recommend that you post a lot!, and read a lot. If there is AA in your area it would be wise to seek them out and attend meetings. At the end of the day no one can keep you sober. You have to make a decision, as deep as the malady, to remain abstinent. One day, one hour, or if need be one second at a time. Reach out immediately when the craving comes. You'll be surprised how quickly the temptation will dissipate by just putting in the actions.

Welcome to the family, sonic! I felt so alone until I found SR. I was drinking all day, and desperate to dig my way out. I found the courage & inspiration I needed when I joined here - everyone understood what I was going through.
Congratulations on your desire to have a better life - some never see what alcohol is doing to them. You can do this, sonic.
