Trying to get clean....
Hello All, I'm so glad I found this site. I'm fighting to kick opiates and I'm just a few days in. The first few days were rough but now I'm dealing with the insomnia. I'm fortunate enough to have clonidine but I don't have any benzo's. They are not my doc but if I had a few I think it would help with sleep. I'm kicking a OxyContin habit of 240 Mgs a day with hydros also when I didn't have oxy. I am taking loperamide for wd's also but I'm a little worried about coming off that so I'm trying to do it sparingly. I'm trying to exercise and eat right. Drinking lots of water and taking multi vitamins. I hope I can find sleep again soon.

to SR! I know nothing about opiates but the folks in this forum might have more insight. Take a look.
