60 days today!

I treated myself to lunch today at a good restaurant - she offered me iced tea or wolfgang's chardoney. Scary, I thought about it for a second but went with the iced tea. I knew restaurants were going to be a challenge.
For all those starting out, there's times when it's tough but you get through it. The biggest challenge I'm finding is tiredness and insomnia - but I tend to believe that's more due to my depression. I am medicated though & feeling better now than I did when I was drinking & taking the meds.

Sixty days is awesome! If you are still feeling tired at the 90 day mark, you may need to talk to your doctor and maybe reevaluate your medication and/or dosage, as they will affect you differently without the alcohol.
