I'm at work, and feeling more anxiety than i have ever felt.....this.is.awful. Sorry I just had to vent....my hands are cold and clammy.....my nerves are shot and i don't even know why

I have been here. One time too many. It took me a long time to understand the anxiety was alcohol related. But that is it... that is the cause.

Just breathe and ride it out as best you can. And then remember this feeling. Remember you don't want this.

Remember you can stop this cycle and that there is another way....

It will get better.

When did you last drink? Could you be going thru withdrawals? Anxiety is a big symptom of w/d. Try a hot bath when you get home if you can.
