I've looked online and called a few but every single one tells me to attend an AA meeting. Thats fine but i just need some advice now. Anyone have a support number where you can have a conversation?

Have you tried the Samaritans? I'm not sure which country you're in, but in the UK i'm pretty sure they provide a free counselling like service if you just need somebody to listen
