New on this site
I'm proud to announce I am new to this site. I stumbled across it and thought I could use the support and help provide it. I'm dealing with a lot right now and I just need to stay on top of things so that I don't fall back into my old ways. I love helping others and am here to listen and encourage.

Hi. I am new here also. I was referred to this forum by others, like me, who left another forum because of the hostility. There was a lot of good information there, but it was also very cliquish. There was a lot of self-righteous condescension. This forum looks good, but I am a little overwhelmed. It looks a lot more complex.
Welcome hisgirljc & SueQ!!!
This is a wonderful site with a vast amount of resources, people, and opportunities. It can seem a little overwhelming, but just jump right in anywhere.
It has been a true lifesaver for me.

Thank you. My beloved little dog is such a blessing. When my heart is racing or I am really down, just petting her slows down my heart rate and gives me such a sense of peace. Wish I could be like her... just eat, play, and sleep. :-)

Thank you! I love it already. But I'm still trying to figure it out. Can't see the to and from parts. Do not want to be rude and not respond to someone. I am still learning how it works around here, but I like it so far. People are positive and welcoming. Need that.
