Hi from Tobi!

I'm new to this site and a little confused how to use it but I am sure I will get familiar! I'm trying to STOP DRINKING forever but its been a struggle because I don't know where to start to STOP. I will use this site and take all of your advice and try. Thanks! Tobi

start with a visit to your doctor and be brutally honest about how much you have been drinking and start there
