I'm new

I'm new and I'm scared. I think I'm having a panic attack on top of everything else bEcause I feel like I'm really dying. I probably am I deserve it.

You also deserve to be sober and happy. Focus on that. Have you quit whatever substance you use? Do you have a plan?

We understand what it's like and I hope you come back and talk to us.... either that, or call someone to be with you or get you some help. You're worth it, no matter how you feel right now......
