Day 2.

I had a good day today. Usually I would go get some beer because there is no school tomorrow and I don't have to wake up early. It feels unnatural and not normal not to be drinking right now. But I don't like what I consider normal anymore. Of course I don't feel normal. We rented movies, got pizza and popcorn and are caszin out. I am going to have to create my new normal.

Good for you, Palmtrees! That first time staying sober when you have nothing to wake up early for the next day is a hard one. Congratulations for crossing that milestone.

Yup.
I'll bet there are things you've always wanted to do. I have recovered several days per week in extra time since I quit drinking, and I still don't have enough to do all the stuff I want to do! :)

Yep. It's a beautiful week here in Montana. What a wonderful time to get sober and start a much happier way of life.
All the best.
