Thanks for all the kind words and encouragement. I went to get my blood drawn for the first time in years, liver, and everything else. I have such bad joint pain the doctor says 99% chance of rheumatoid arthritis, but I don't believe that. How about enflamed joints from booze?? I'm confident I'll be fine, but if they find something at least they can treat it.

Went shopping, Target, I'm going to get one of those Magic Bullet processors. My sister has one and she throws anything you can think of in and makes drinks. Kale, spinach, celery, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, cucumber, fruits....it liquifies them all into a drink. Soooo good for you. And get the gym membership this week, even if I can stretch and use the sauna it is a start.
