Trying

As I'm preparing to make a go with no alcohol at all, at least last night was another light night. In fact even lighter than the night before, 5 light beers and a mini of whiskey. Can definitely say I feel clearer!

I've known for awhile that I drink for several reasons.........much of it making up for what's lacking. Not a big circle of friends, no lady-friend, no great job or the training for one (I do work, though), and as a sedative. Never a daytime drinker, I wait til the later hours, tailoring my drinking so I get tired before I have way too much. Sometimes it works, often not. Have really gotten tired of feeling wretched the whole next day (then repeat). So tonight I'm making a try at even less, or zero drinks. I problably won't crave the drink, I just hope to get to sleep before 5 am, lol !

You will feel better and better each passing day. You can do this. If I can get rid of the drink so can you.
