Hi I'm Rich and I'm an alcohol. There is some reasons that I have to disagree with people who say you were born with a gene that makes you an alcoholic. I was never a big drinker in the military or before I got married. In the military and before marriage it was years and I never thought about drinking. But when I retired got married it was the stress and change of life style. Again this is me and not you. Anyway I decided to stop drinking for a year now and it's been pretty easy. Why is it easy, I have a good job and family. I rarely think of drinking. I could start again but what good would it do. Yeah hiding drinks? No thanks and my wife knows when I used to drink she knew my change in attitude. I don't like it and they don't either. Anyway I am glad to be here
