1 Year Sober Today!!
It all started here... I don't come around as much as i did over a year ago, and maybe i need to change that up and start paying things forward, but today thanks to this site, lots of good books and a lot of hard work i am sober 1 year.
It has been hard work, there have been tough times, but honestly i am incredibly thankful for where i am today. I just want to give hope especially to those of you who are just getting started it can be done and is worth everything to fight the battle every day.

Thank you to everyone for your response.
I have a longer post planned to share some of the tools in my sobriety tool box. I have found a lot of great reading, great websites that have been really helpful in keeping me away from the booze. Some of these tools i still use on a regular basis. Some i when i am traveling for business and i want to make sure i stay out of trouble.
