New and not sure what to say or share here
Hello,
I found this site while searching for a non-religious alternative to al anon. I know that I am fully capable of going and mentally changing all the 'high power' phrases into something I can relate to, but I already feel that I am dealing with more than I can. I really need a place where I can share how I feel and receive some feedback. I am not sure what is the right thing to do anymore. So ironic that I have spent most of my life living with one alcoholic or another and I have no idea what I should do. I hope that there is a forum here that I can learn from.
