Hi, I'd like to introduce myself, I am Buddink and I want to get my life back under my own control. I have been sober for 4 days now and am looking forward to a rejuvinated life.

Half of Canada is down in FL right now. There is great AA in Florida.

Welcome BuddinK. I'm also 4 days sober; although, since I'm a binge drinker, 4 days isn't exactly a milestone for me. I often go a few weeks before ending up on a hellish bender.

Still, I've been feeling pretty comfortable. Usually, I spend a lot of time thinking about drinking when I'm not actually drinking. The last few days, I've rarely thought about drinking, but I have thought about what a rich and rewarding sober life will be like. I give credit to this site for helping me keep my head in the right place.

So good on you for the four days sober, and keep at it.
