So, my sister is here visiting and it is making not drinking much easier. The option is not even in my mind. This has been a serious eye opener for me, people are making not drinking much easier. I know it sounds silly, and I have had people tell me it numerous times, but until you really experience it the idea never moves past your brain and into your belief system. So seriously, people are an awesome way to help you get over cravings, or even not get them because the thought is not allowed to be in your brain at all!

If being around people works for you that's great. I also get strength from being around family. They know I'm trying to stay sober so I get a lot of support from them.
