I'm glad you're feeling a bit better and using your energy for recovery and job-hunting. :)

I am in the process of adopting the fantastic, never before tried idea, of "seeking counsel and listening".
I also thought at first, "NO FAIR!!!",
but then read a few wise posts and agree that a legal case is all fine and dandy EXCEPT that you are struggling to get and stay sober and that would be very stressful and distracting.
I had some legal issues with a job at a year sober. I did get a lawyer and sorted stuff out but stopped at that. My lawyer was gunning for a knockdown fight but I listened to my gut, accepted the situation and moved on.
I stayed sober and learned a lot from the experience.
Best of luck Mizzuno.
I hope you get a new job that helps with your sobriety.

Agreed. I pursued unlawful termination, my employer lied through their teeth, I lost the case and 4 grand worth of money that i didnt really have to spare in the first place. Needless to say I fell head first into a pit full to the brim of alcohol and drugs which took me 3 years to dig my way out of. I wouldn't recommend it.

Good luck with your job hunting!
