I have had a semi-productive day. One AA meeting down, a sponsor, and homework from the sponsor. I have managed to pull my emotions together and even laughed a bit today. I know that this too shall pass. There is a message in all of this.
Ive got a lot to tackle. The same issues keep coming up, and I think its time to take a good look at myself. My self sabotage is something incredible. I have done this so many times, its not worth mentioning due to being a broken record. All this S#$t is just not worth it any longer.
Im grateful that I am safe in my home. Im grateful to be alive with the ones that I love.
