I'm great. On the third day of my second quitting in the last month. Got the right tools this time so I know it's going to stick.

Thats really great I have never felt as confident as I do now, something has changed in me somehow :)
What things have you in place?

Rational Recovery/AVRT and this place. The former clicked in my head, the latter supports the former.

excuse my ignorance but whats Rational Recovery/AVRT LOL

Rational Recovery is a self-help method. Found at rational.org

Addictive Voice Recognition Training is their primary method.

It is supported here in the Secular Recovery forums.
