Thanks for the welcomes guys.
In response to the question about how I have stayed sober for this long I would have to thank my wife and 3 children. This is the only thing that stops me drinking. If I were not married with kids I have no doubt I wouldn't be sober now. To me that is more important than the drink and gets me through the tough times.
