I can feel my progr wavering a tad. I don't want to drink, and surprisingly the drink isn't the issue, it's emotional peace. But this morning when I prayed, the prayers came free flowing and actually made sense.

Sometimes when I pray I feel like I have add. I just can't put the right words together and get off track. Something changed this morning.

I physically feel great, and I realize that I have to struggle sometimes to see how wonderful things are when I am sober. I guess it's true: no pain no gain. The anxiety I dealt with yeterday is gone. It's in the past. Today is a new day, with it's own set of challenges. Fortunately I am living in today, not what I couldn't do or see yesterday, but today only.
