First day!!
Today is my first day without alcohol. I tried this once before and did great for a week and then the weekend hit and I was a failure. I'm really trying to stay away from the bottle because I fear of the damage I'm doing to myself. I hope this group will help me down my road to recovery.

Welcome! I am too new and you are in the right place.
I would recommend to visit a aa meeting if you have not yet, they will help you lots.
Congrats on your 1er day! I know it's really hard!
