Triggers & my AV
Well here I sit $400 in my pocket & myAV is on the go. Its trying to convince me its ok to not pay the rent and hell spring is right around the corner, what do you need heat for. Its a loud voice. I been having this conversation for every Friday the past 25 maybe 35 years. Someone tell me what will work to not go down the same road

I had to open an account with no ATM and have direct deposit. My crack addiction would always win. I would try to get it fronted but that plan helped some. It took many tricks and tools to get everything so I could say no.
Crack is strong. The mental want is powerful.
But not as powerful as you are. Let the AV speak all it wants. THAT'S NOT YOU SPEAKING.
Listen to it but do nothing. IT cannot do anything without you.
Come Monday you will have that money still! And feel really good about you.

pay your rent, put the rest in the bank and think some more about what you can do differently this time.
